Dr. Leslie Puente-Ervin is an educational leader, minister, and lifelong advocate for faith-centered leadership. She is passionate about helping Christian educators grow spiritually, lead confidently, and make a lasting difference in the lives of those they serve.

With more than 20 years of experience in education, a Master’s degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, and a Doctorate in Adult Education, Dr. Puente-Ervin has dedicated her career to developing people, strengthening systems, and advancing student success. Today, she combines her expertise in educational leadership with her ministry calling to equip and encourage educators to lead with faith, purpose, and impact.
